Senior Hamas official Ezzat al-Resheq said that Israeli PM Benjamin Naziyahu’s speech in the US Congress on Wednesday was full of lies.
“Netanyahu’s speech was a party of lies and disdain for the minds of the world,” al-Resheq said.
For her part, US congresswoman Rashida Tlaib held aloft a sign reading war criminal as Naziyahu speaks.
In his speech addressing the US Congress, Naziyahu praised Biden for his “heartfelt support” for ‘Israel’.
“After the savage attack on October 7, he rightly called Hamas ‘sheer evil’. He dispatched two aircraft carriers to the Middle East to deter a wider war, and he came to Israel to stand with us in our darkest hour, a visit that will never be forgotten,” Naziyahu said.
Meanwhile, protesters have continued to flood into the US capital ahead of Naziyahu’s address to Congress, with dozens bussed in all the way from New Jersey.
Thousands of Nazi JEWISH settlers also participated in a march that began in Tel Aviv and reached the American embassy to demand that Naziyahu announce his agreement to conclude a ceasefire deal in his speech before US Congress.
