At least 14 people were killed and approximately 100 were injured on Thursday (August17,
2017) when a van ploughed into a crowd of people on the famous Las Ramblas boulevard in the
Spanish city of Barcelona.
Western media reported that in the early hours of Friday (August 18) morning, in the town of
Cambrils, 70 miles away, seven people were hurt when an Audi A3 car drove into pedestrians
before being shot dead by security forces.
Local government confirmed the incident in Cambrils was linked to the attack in central
Barcelona.
According to the media, “The five attackers, who were wearing bomb belts, were shot dead,
police said. The bomb belts were detonated by the force’s bomb squad.”
Western media said that Islamic State group (Also known as Daesh, SIL and ISIS) claimed
responsibility for the Barcelona and Cambrils attacks.
A senior police officer of Spain Josep Lluis Trapero stated, “The two suspects in custody in the
Barcelona van attack are Spanish nationals from Melilla and a Moroccan, but that doesn’t mean
that either were the author of the attack,” while the whereabouts of the driver was unclear. Latest
news disclosed that Spanish security forces have also arrested three other suspects.
Spanish police and security services are hunting for the remaining members of a Moroccan-born
terror cell, amid fears that they could be preparing further attacks at popular tourist areas.
This was the latest terror assaults in Europe, using a vehicle in Europe in the past three years, as
several people died in similar attacks in Berlin, London and Nice.
Meanwhile, a man wielding a large knife fatally stabbed one person and wounded five others on
Friday (August 18, 2017), during an attack at a supermarket in Hamburg, Germany, and the
police said that the assailant was arrested as he tried to flee.
So far, much has been written and said by writers and analysts of print and electronic media
about the terror attacks of Barcelona and Cambrils. The opinion of Christians, Jews and Muslims
is divided, while elaborating the tragedy in accordance with their own peculiar religious
background. In the social media, prejudice is ruining so high against one another that by reading
the name, some people of the opposite side ignore his views.
In this regard, scholars of international affairs agree that “foreign affairs are too foreign” to the
citizens of a country. Renowned scholar Prof. Hoslti opines that “issues and situations” have
“influence on public opinion” which in turn “influences the objectives and actions.”
In fact, fault cannot be laid on the general masses, a majority of whom does not have much time
to go in-depth. Therefore, they are swayed by emotions, stereotypes and prejudices created by
the political leaders who keep on manipulating any crisis for their own self-interests with the sole
aim of getting their sympathies to increase their vote bank. There are equal strong pressures from
religious and nationalist forces in wake of fake global war on terror which is dividing the world
on religious lines.
However, we cannot blame Israel and its secret agency Mossad for the terrorism-related assaults
in Spain. In this regard, first of all, it is notable that regarding a case in the court, a judge always
wants solid evidence to give his verdict. While a lawyer or advocate always defends the case of
his client at every cost. Sometimes, reality of the event exists, but there is no solid evidence
which could be produced in the court. It gives benefit of doubt to the accused who is set free by
the concerned court. Even, in some cases, a judge is so impressed by the arguments of a lawyer
and he ignores the circumstantial evidence. Quite contrarily, in international politics, we need in-
depth analysis to know the real entity, as in relation to the carnage in Barcelona and Cambrils.
Therefore, latest terror attacks in Spain cannot be seen in isolation. There is an interrelationship
of the terrorism-related attacks in the US, Europe, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Pakistan,
Yemen etc., and elsewhere in the world—irresponsible statements of the US President Donald
Trump, his encouragement to violent racialism inside America, and various developments in the
world, which are part of the double game of the US, Israel and India who are in connivance with
ISIL to seek revenge against Russia and the Muslims.
Notably, since September 2015, Russian-led coalition of Iran, Iraq, the Syrian army-the National
Defense Forces (NDF) and Lebanon-based Hezbollah has broken the backbone of the CIA-
Mossad-assisted ISIS terrorists, Al-Qaeda’s Al-Nusra Front and the rebel groups. Russian-
supported Assad’s forces and Iraqi troops have retaken several territories from the control of the
rebels and the ISIS terrorists who are on flee in Syria and Iraq. Recently, Iraqi forces have
recaptured the city of Mosul by defeating the ISIL militants. Very soon, through the skilful
diplomacy, Russian President Vladimir Putin will liberate entire Iraq and Syria from the control
of the US and Israeli supported non-state actors. Moscow which is destroying the pillars of the
New World Order has also exposed the sinister designs of Washington and Tel Aviv against the
Muslims and the international community.
Taking note of various developments and some other ones such as reluctance of NATO countries
to support America’s phony global war on terror, acceptance of Syrian refuges by the European
countries, especially Germany, criticism of the controversial Turkish-EU refugee deal by a
number of human rights groups, the EU rule to boycott goods produced in Israeli settlements on
the West Bank, Britain’s decision to leave the European Union (EU), after the referendum
(Brexit) on June 24, 2016, prospects of Scotland and some other countries for separation from
the EU, and the divide between the elite class which run multinational companies with the direct
or indirect control of the Jews and the general masses who are suffering from multiple problems
in wake of differences on the refugee crisis, Syrian war, Greece’s weak economy, violent
protests against the labour laws in France etc.—the chances of European Union’s disintegration
and a rift among the NATO countries, as noted in the recent past by the “Stop NATO protests in
Europe were quite opposite to the Israeli secret interests. Hence, Israeli Mossad which was in
collaboration with the vulnerable CIA operatives organized terror assaults in the US and Europe.
As part of the double game, these terror attacks were conducted by these secret agencies,
particularly Mossad with the assistance of the ISIS terrorists who used the home-grown terrorists
of these countries.
Owing to the irresponsible approach of the Western leaders and their media, far right-wing
parties and “Stop Islam” movement in the West, especially in Europe has been becoming popular
by largely attracting their people. Right-wing parties in a growing number of European countries
have made electoral gains. The right-wing parties range across a wide policy spectrum, from
populist and nationalist to far-right neofascist.
Meanwhile, tensions intensified between India and China in mid-June, this year, when after the
instructions of the Prime Minister Narindra Modi, Indian military troops went into Doklam
plateau-the territory of China, claimed by both Beijing and Indian ally Bhutan.
In Beijing, China’s Foreign Ministry, while warning New Delhi to withdraw its troops said the
country would never give up any territory. Following the stern warning, India has withdrawn
troops from Doklam area and has left only 50 military personnel. Beijing is insisting upon
complete withdrawal. Therefore, talks between both the nuclear countries failed, as New Delhi
does not seem to withdraw all the troops.
Similarly, Indian soldiers crossed over the Line of Control (LoC) in Kashmir on January 6, 2012
and attacked a Pakistani check post, killing one Pakistani soldier. Afterwards, Indian troops shot
dead more Pakistani soldiers on the LoC.
Last year, by manipulating the false flag terror attacks at a military base in Uri and Baramulla,
located in the Indian Occupied Kashmir, Indian Prime Minister Modi has also intensified war-
hysteria against Pakistan. After deployment of heavy arms and weapons at the LoC, Indian
forces have increased troops and continued shelling in Pakistani side of Kashmir. And Pakistani
troops are giving matching response to Indian unprovoked firing across the LoC. New Delhi’s
main aim is to deflect the attention of the international community from the new phase of
Kashmiri Intifada, while pressure has been mounting on the Modi government both domestically
and internationally to resolve the issue of Kashmir with Pakistan.
In the recent past, new wave of terrorism in Pakistan, especially Balochistan province killed
several innocent people, while various terrorist outfits, particularly ISIS, and the affiliated
faction of the Tehreek-e- Taliban Pakistan (TTP), the Tehreek-e- Taliban Pakistan Jamaat-ur-
Ahrar (TTP-JA also known as JuA) claimed responsibility for these brutal acts. TTP based in
Afghanistan has its connections with ISIL and other terrorist organizations and affiliated terror
groups, including Baloch separatist elements, and all these outfits are promoting the anti-
Pakistan agenda of the US-led foreign entities against Pakistan. As part of America’s double
game, CIA, Indian RAW, Mossad and Afghan intelligence agency, National Directorate of
Security (NDS) which are in collaboration, are using these terror groups in destabilizing Pakistan
and particularly Balochistan in order to fulfill the covert strategic aims of the US-led India and
Israel against Pakistan, China, Russia and Iran.
These external secret agencies are especially supporting the TTP which is hiding in Nuristan and
Kunar provinces of Afghanistan. Reportedly, Mullah Fazlullah led TTP is behind several terror
activities inside Pakistan, as the latter has also become center of the Great Game due to the ideal
location of Balochistan. CIA, Mossad and RAW are trying to damage the China-Pakistan
Economic Corridor (CPEC). Based in Afghanistan, these intelligence agencies are also creating
unrest in Tibetan regions of China.
Besides, pressure has also been mounting on Tel Aviv for the two-state solution of the Israeli-
Palestinian dispute, as some European countries have been emphasizing on Israeli Prime
Minister Netanyahu to stop the expansion of West Bank settlements and restart a negotiation
process for the two-state solution of the Israeli-Palestinian issue in wake of the debate between
the Zionists and non-Zionist Jews in relation to the two-state solution of the dispute. Some other
developments such as Turkey’s decision to join the Russian-led coalition to fight the ISIS
terrorists in wake of Ankara’s severe criticism of Europe and America, accusing Washington of
assisting the Kurds in destabilizing Turkey also depressed the Israelis. And, China has already
decided to join the Russian-led coalition to eliminate the ISIS terrorism in Syria and
Afghanistan.
While, tensions accelerated between the US and North Korea on August 11, this year, when
American President Trump again highlighted the threat by saying, “The US military solutions are
now fully in place” against North Korea.
By setting aside the war-like diplomacy of the President Trump, Pyongyang tested an
intercontinental ballistic missile on July 28, 2017, which appears to have the range to hit major
US cities.
On April 14, this year, North Korea, issued a statement which denounced what it called the
Trump administration’s “maniacal military provocations,” including the deployment of the
carrier group. The statement elaborated, “Nothing will be more foolish, if the United States
thinks it can deal with us the way it treated Iraq and Libya, miserable victims of its aggression,
and Syria, which did not respond immediately even after it was attacked.”
Meanwhile, on April 17, 2017, Russia warned the US against any unilateral action against North
Korea, saying that any action against Pyongyang’s nuclear activities should not violate
international law. Earlier, on April, 14, 2017, China also warned America in the same terms.
All these developments frustrated the Israelis, Indians and their supporter-the US President
Donald Trump. Like Israel, while, implementing secret strategy, American extremist President
Trump has also been backing the Indian leader of the fanatic party BJP and the fundamentalist
Prime Minister Modi against China and Pakistan in accordance with anti-China, anti-Pakistan
and anti-Muslim agenda.
Nevertheless, taking cognizance of these developments, from time to time , RAW, vulnerable
CIA operatives and especially Mossad conducted terror attacks in the US, Europe, Turkey, Saudi
Arabia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Philippines, Egypt and other African countries, which
besides Muslims also targeted the Christians and their places of worship.
Both Israel and India who do not want the solution of the Israeli-Palestinian dispute and the
Kashmir issue, and seems determined to keep their control on the occupied territories through
perennial acts of state terrorism have also accelerated the new Cold War between the US-led
West and Russia.
Nonetheless, like India and Israel, particularly, President Trump who is facing severe criticism
inside America owing to his rigid domestic and external policies, is confused due to the above
mentioned developments, while, still some CIA agents, RAW and especially Mossad want to
divide the world on religious lines.
As a matter of fact, the agents of Mossad who are in collaboration with the CIA sympathizers,
Syrian rebel groups and the ISIL militants had arranged terror attacks in Paris, Brussels, Orlando,
San Bernardino, Nice, Munich, London (March 22, 2017), St. Petersburg (Metro train) in
Stockholm, in Manchester and again in London, and now in Spain.
Through all these false flag terror operations, the US and Israel wanted to obtain their covert
aims against Russia and the Muslims. Mossad had also provided the US President Donald Trump
with an opportunity to manipulate various terror assaults of Europe and America to win the US
presidential election and to reunite America and Europe, as differences were created between
America and its Western allies, especially Europe on various issues. And, pro-Israeli President
Donald Trump have left no stone unturned in implementing anti-Muslim policies, while speaking
openly against the Muslims and Syrian refugees.
Especially, Mossad’s other purposes through terrorism-related assaults were to keep NATO
united, and to divert the attention of their public from internal crises and a prolonged war in
Afghanistan. Tel Aviv also wanted to muster the support of America’s Western allies against
Russia in relation to the Syrian war and to instigate the Western Christians, particularly those of
Europe against the Muslims. Exaggeration of the threat of Islamophia and persecution of the
Muslims in America and these countries might be cited as instance.
Another regrettable point is that irresponsible attitude of Indian, Israeli and some Western
politicians has introduced dangerous socio-religious dimension in their societies by equating the
“war on terror” with “war on Islam” and acts of Al-Qaeda and ISIS with all the Muslims. Their
media have also been contributing to heighten the currents of world politics on cultural and
religious lines with the negative projection of Islam.
In the meantime, the pro-Israeli, the then French president-elect Emmanuel Macron who was
having connections with Tel Aviv has also changed his policies in favour of the French people at
the cost of Israeli illegitimate interests. However, this development also frustrated the Israelis.
If not checked in time by the peace-loving Muslims, Christians, Hindus, Jews and Buddhists,
these policies of the President Donald Trump who is particularly completing the extremist
agenda of Israel and India are likely to result into more recruitment in the militant outfits,
especially in the ISIS group, inspiring the extremist Muslims for more terrorism-related attacks.
India does not want the settlement of the Kashmir issue and especially, Israel which does not
accept the two-state solution of the Israeli-Palestinian dispute will prefer to bring about a major
war between the Muslim and the Christian worlds or to cause a major war between Russia and
the US-led some Western countries.
As regards the latest attacks, rulers and leaders of various countries, especially of the Western
World have condemned the terror assaults in Barcelona and Cambrils. Mariano Rajoy, the
Spanish prime minister, said the attack was “jihadist terrorism” requiring a global response.
British Prime Minister Theresa May, condemned the “terrible” Las Ramblas assault and said
Britain stood firmly with Spain against terrorism.
After condemning the terror attacks and offering US assistance to Spain, the US President
Donald Trump suggested “fighting terrorism by executing Muslims with bullets dipped in pigs
blood.”
Far-right groups clashed with hundreds of anti-protesters, as they marched in Barcelona just one
day after the deadly terror attack in the city. Now, European cities are deeply divided between
the white population and the Muslim immigrants. This is what particularly, Mossad desired
through these acts of terrorism in Spain.
It is established fact that in order to revive the fake global war on terror, the neo-conservatives,
Zionists and Israel needed the assistance of the whole Europe. For the purpose, conspiracy was
definitely prepared and the leading role was played by Mossad. In this context, in the recent past,
arrest of Israeli Col. Shahak in Iraq, his admission, proving links of Al-Qaeda and ISIS with
America and Israel (Mossad), arrest of CIA-Mossad agents in Iraq and Syria, and medical
treatment of the ISIS warriors in the Israeli hospitals (Disclosed by online sources) might be
cited as instance.
As regards terrorism, Machiavelli advises the rulers to have a lion-like image outwardly, and act
upon the traits of goat inwardly. He also suggests them foreign adventures and the use of terror
to obtain their goals. In his sense, a good ruler should be a good opportunist and hypocrite. While
echoing Machiavelli, Morgenthau points out that sometimes, rulers act upon immoral activities
like deceit, fraud, falsehood and even murder to fulfill their selfish aims.
Undoubtedly, by acting upon the past theories of the political thinkers in the modern era, Mossad
was behind Barcelona and Cambrils terror attacks to achieve multiple objectives of Tel Aviv and
Trump Administration against the Islamic World and Russia, without bothering for the fact that
further instability in the world will jeopardize the economic interests of the US at cost of the
patriot Americans who are already facing multifaceted problems due to unending war on terror.
It is noteworthy that some reports suggest that earlier this year, Islamic militants had warned that
they would be seeking to take their campaign of death and destruction to popular areas in the
Mediterranean. The CIA also warned Spanish police two months ago that Las Ramblas was a
potential target. In these terms, responsibility is also fixed on the security agencies of Spain,
which did not took safety measures in this respect, which provided Mossad with opportunity to
use home-grown terrorists of ISIL in managing the terror assaults in Barcelona and Cambrils.
In light of the above developments in the world and especially previous terrorism-related attacks
in the US and Europe, we can conclude in relation to the Barcelona and Cambrils attacks that
again and again, Mossad is targeting Europe.
